Context:
Engie, a leader in renewable energy, manages several photovoltaic parks across the country, each with strict safety protocols for personnel access. To ensure these protocols were communicated clearly and consistently, the company aimed to create an instructional video to standardize safety procedures for employees, suppliers, and clients.

The Challenge:
The challenge was to capture each step of the safety process clearly while adhering to Engie’s guidelines. The video had to simplify complex procedures and be accessible to a diverse audience. Additionally, coordinating multiple locations and using varied equipment, including drone footage and high-quality cameras, required detailed planning.

Our Role:
We collaborated closely with Engie to create a clear, step-by-step video. Using a Canon C300 camera, drone shots, and still photography, we effectively captured the safety process. Our team ensured the final video aligned with Engie’s script and conveyed the procedures in an accessible way.

The Impact:
The video successfully standardized safety procedures across Engie’s parks, ensuring consistent implementation. This enhanced operational efficiency, reinforced a strong safety culture, and supported compliance, making the video an invaluable tool for the company’s commitment to safety.
